The terms that govern Sunday.

By creating an account or using Sunday, you agree to these terms. Sunday is operated by Sunday Editions. If you don’t agree to these terms, please don’t use the service.

Sunday is a service that reads your calendar and information you share with us, and produces a short morning brief by email. You can also text Sunday updates about your household, and Sunday will include them in the next morning’s brief. If you add caretakers, Sunday can send and receive SMS on your behalf to confirm arrangements.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — your name, email, phone number, calendar, household details, and any caretaker contacts you add. You’re also responsible for keeping your account secure. If you believe someone has gained access to your account, write to support@sundayeditions.com.

You must be 18 or older to use Sunday.

When you add a caretaker, you confirm that you have their permission to receive SMS from Sunday at the number you’ve given us. They can opt out by replying STOPat any time, and we’ll honor it immediately.

Sunday offers an optional SMS program. If you opt in — by checking the consent box when you add your mobile number, or, for caretakers, by replying YES to a one-time invitation — you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Sunday about schedule updates, reminders, and confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Every message is generated automatically by the application — from a calendar event, a scheduled job, or an update you submit — and is never relayed person-to-person.

You agree not to use Sunday to:

• Send unsolicited or unlawful messages.
• Add phone numbers to caretakers or any other list without that person’s permission.
• Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship to a person.
• Interfere with the service, reverse-engineer it, or abuse the API.

You own the content you put into Sunday — the messages you text us, the people in your household, the events you import. You grant us permission to use that content solely to operate the service for you. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or use it to train third-party AI models.

We do our best to keep Sunday running, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take the service down occasionally for maintenance or updates.

Sunday may charge subscription fees in the future. If we add paid plans, we’ll notify you before any charge applies to your account.

You can close your account at any time by writing to support@sundayeditions.com. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the service or for other users.

Sunday is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that the morning brief will be free of errors, that it will reflect every change to your schedule, or that SMS will be delivered instantly. Treat the brief as a helpful summary, not a system of record.

To the extent permitted by law, Sunday Editions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We’ll update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll email you and update the date at the top. Continued use of Sunday after a change means you accept the new terms.
